Renaldo Nehemiah is a man who has been leaping hurdles all of his life and is now using his many talents to lead Octagons Track & Field division. Nehemiah considered to be the best hurdler of all time, became the first man ever to break the 13-second mark (12.93) and in 1999, Nehemiah was inducted into the National Track & Field Hall of Fame and the State of New Jersey Sports Hall of Fame. After dominating the sport, Renaldo relinquished his amateur status to pursue a life in professional football. Having no college football experience, he showed enough athleticism and perseverance for the San Francisco 49ers to sign him as a wide receiver, where he enjoyed a five-year NFL career and attained a milestone few NFL players achieve; winning the Super Bowl (1984, San Francisco 49ers). A 1981 graduate of the University of Maryland, Renaldo is a licensed registered investment and financial planning representative. In addition, he also serves as treasurer on The University of Maryland Terrapin Club managing board which raises money to fund athletic scholarships. In the late 1980s, his unique talents were demonstrated when he captured the Superstars Championship four different times.
