Rayfield Wright, nationally known as a 13-year veteran of the legendary Dallas Cowboys, displayed his leadership abilities as one of the offensive captains for seven years, five of which led to the Super Bowl and two World Championships. During his time Rayfield spent the off-season in business development and financial management. Since he retired from professional football in 1980, Rayfield has enjoyed success in Sales, Marketing, Insurance and especially working with Inter-City and At-Risk Students. Presently, President of the NFL Alumni Chapter for the State of Arizona and one of the Founder and President of Kids 4 Tomorrow a Non-Profit Organization of Professional Athletes that work in the schools with children from K through the 12th grade. Rayfield always finds time to participate in Public Service Event for Schools, Charitable Organizations. As a gifted speaker, he shares his experiences with Churches, Fellowship of Christian Athletes (K-12 & Colleges). Other community contributions include: Big Brothers, Love for Kids, Say No To Drugs, Boy Scouts of America (As a Eagle Scout), and Special Olympics.
