Paula Creamer is an American professional golfer of the LPGA Tour. Her talents on the golf course have ranked her skill as high as No.2 by the Women’s World Golf Rankings. She has been nicknamed, Pink Panther, due to her regular sporting of the color pink in her outfits and golf accessories. She has been credited for winning 12 tournaments of which, 10 were LPGA events. Paula won her first major championship in 2010 during the U.S. Women’s Open, the same year she recovered from a thumb surgery. As an amateur, Paula’s career already showed signs of promise winning 19 national tournaments and being named Player of the Year by the American Junior Golf Association. Early in her career, she was the top-ranked amateur and was the semifinalist at both the U.S. Women’s Amateur Championship and U.S. Junior Girl’s Championship. She won the LPGA Final Qualifying Tournament in 2004 to secure tour status. When Paula first joined the LPGA Tour, she won the Sybase Classic making her the LPGA's second-youngest event winner. She also became the youngest player to earn a spot on the U.S. Solheim Cup Team. Paula won the LPGA Rookie of the Year award for her first season and earned over $1.5 million making her the youngest and quickest player to reach $1 million in LPGA career earnings. Her estimated endorsement income is $4.5 million. Her total income ranked her among the 10 highest-earning female athletes. Paula is considered an accurate ball-striker and ranked among the tour leaders in greens in regulation percentage.
